Dinky is the sweetest horse I have ever worked with. He tries so hard to do the right thing. He has been shown at 2nd level and is schooling 3rd level along with the Spanish walk and trot. Dinky is very attentive the rider’s seat and weight aids. The reins are barely needed for steering and lateral work is easy. Dinky has wonderful brakes; one does not have to use the reins at all for a canter-walk transition.

Dinky has been a wonderful lesson horse. He has never tried to take advantage of a rider. He responsive and makes it very clear whether the rider is giving the correct aids. He enjoys jumping and has a couple beginning students who jump him regularly. He has free jumped 3 ft.

Dinky enjoys trail riding. He has done join-up and will follow me like a puppy. He is very social and loves to give kisses after working. He would be a great horse for a young rider or adult amateur.
